In HRMS system, there are 8 main database tables which are classified for storing employee records - STAFF, ACADEMIC, JOBHISTORY, RECRUIT), Employee’s payroll record - SALARY table, User right record – ACCOUNTPWD, Self-Service record (ssv) – SELFSERVICE, Category, foreign key description and Items records for module or parameter use – paraModule. Additional temporary tables will append if need. Below is the Entity-Relationship Diagram
